Hell’s Kitchen is heating up with the arrival of Angelo Sosa’s Asian-inspired sandwich shop Xie Xie, opening this Saturday. The former Jean-Georges Vongerichten protegee will be serving up superb sandwiches, like the Sweet Glazed Pork on a Chinese bun, the Asian Lobster Roll topped with fried shallots, and the Vietnamese BBQ Beef with Basil Mayo. The guacamole aficionados at Rosa Mexicano are celebrating Summer with their annual Ice Cream Festival.
