Alexandra Raij and Eder Montero, the chefs behind Tia Pol and El Quinto Pino have gone solo. Say hello to their new casa at Txikito, opening tonight. The restaurant, pronounced chee-KEE-toe, means “little” in Basque. And with only 28 seats, it is little. Thankfully, authentic Basque-style tapas and a solid cocktail menu are worth the wait.
